Let me help u impatient people out a little bit! I spoke with RICH KAISER hawks PR guy (feel free to call him) on Monday and asked exactly what's going on with the filings! He told me everything is going as planned and the company had 5 business days from the announcement of the merger which was last weds and guess what here it is! Then he said there is a second filing that will tell all and that would take up to 30 business days from the original announcement! So we can expect something with the super 8k within 25 more business days! This is not a get rich overnight thing due to GLERS past but even RICH told me the Harlands are no more and this is step one so hold strong and quit being so dam negative!
