Are you talking about a reverse split bhonda?... I'm not sure what they are doing all I know is they have not had one word of news since they said they filed with finra on the dividend !! It will be one year soon without any news... I hope I'm wrong but it does not look good and safecode the company that supposedly bought the third party rights isn't doing anything either no news on that company for a year also... Red flag to me
