My problem is that on Dec. 10, in a PR, we were led to believe that the liver data readout would occur in 1Q of 2014. I've positioned myself accordingly. Now, someone with knowledge that it won't happen until May got the opportunity to buy 17 million shares whereas I did not. Illegal F$%#$ BullS$#$
