Nothing Wonderful about what will happen to CEO-Duncan

The SEC will be given a nudge soon. Given it's extremely likely Duncan is under a formal SEC investigation by now with his KMAG mishap, how long will it take for TRII to be suspended by the SEC in response to a gentle "nudge"? Will it accelerate the prior proceedings?

Yep, Duncan muffed it again. Not sure how that's to be considered "Wonderful". It's sort of a race to the finish line for "traders". Can Duncan's hired gun complete the 300M dump, giving traders the time to get in a couple of trades before the SEC suspension arrives? Sort of difficult to dump 300M shares quickly above 01 in the microcap market. The PPS will have to fall more.

The next few months are going to be very interesting. The big question again is whether this stock will become trade-able before the SEC suspends it. Keep track of the volume. The 300M dump to create the float has to occur first. Then a possible small time window for a couple of trades. Assuming the SEC doesn't suspend, before the dump completes.
