My perception (for what it’s worth) is the alternate form of financing will be through stock sales (at least until they generate revenue), if the PPS bounces the way I anticipate post Biomass feasibility study, EPC completion, completion of bond sale for FL (and perhaps LA by June), formal ground breaking in FL (and perhaps LA by June), we could be looking at a price North of December 2012…. Codaras is spot on, there is a substantial volume of pent up progress that will come to fruition in very short order and I truly believe they are banking on it (literally and figuratively). Hell the stock was nearly $1.70 based on nothing more than concept and potential, I would hope a fully designed, bond funded, multi-year tax sheltered, 75% more efficient than original design, all capacity sold out for 20 years, 2X bigger than originally scoped company that is less than 18 months away from actual cash flow would exceed the initial investor perception of value.
