Xena. That is poor speculation.

1) The patent rights are theirs.

2) The recent deals, asset purchases, and future revenues are all building. This is reason for the past few months of stock growth.

3) Their website structure is clean, professional looking, and not loaded with ads/flash gimmicks/distractions. It has all of their relevant information, and if that is not good enough, remember that they are not an entertainment business.

4) They are based in Canada, with a U.S. regional office opening less than two weeks ago. I would be questioning the references you use and ask how often they update smaller businesses.
