Well if all that is true they just made the company worthless. I have never seen a penny stock with 100 million AS. Even at .0001 it would be impossible to move. This is sickening. Thanks for the info. I just am catching up on last nights messages. BTW wouldn't the SEC step in after that MJ news and then subsequent massive volume and massive change in the SS and just halt the stock? If so I am out with a loss fast. I do not want to be here for a halt or any move to the greys.

So although the Form 1-A, as amended, has not yet been deemed effective, probably they really did submit that change to the a/s to OTCMarkets.
