But in order to get us moving from our current PPS of 0.285 to achieve another whooping large increase of 350% it will need to be $1.35 approximately.

I am expecting the PPS to do a lot more than $1.35. If the company was bought out today before the opening bell $1.35 would be reasonable. The company simply has to launch its first ART product and before garnering any revenue on that product and we get to $1.35 on MOMO alone. Drop a 3 drug deal with Actavis and we have a $1.35. Merge with Epic and we begin to push a buck on the PR alone. Get bought out by Actavis a few years down the road and a $1.35 isn't even a starting price if Elite has one or two ART products on the market as I expect.

Put it this way what did the company just put that poison pill in place for? The company is still highly undervalued even with our 350% run up from this past summer. The question I would be interested in asking Nasrat is does he want and/or see the company being bought out before his 3 years as CEO is up or is he pushing for Elite to retain primary control of its proprietary abuse deterrent property into the foreseeable future?

The company has the ability to easily grab $4 a share in the next few years. Continue at its recent pace and we just might see $6-8.

But the real question is what would be possible price per share with a whole line of ART opioids on the market and Elite garnering royalty and licensing fees from its patented abuse resistant technology (ART)? Perhaps $10. I am getting ahead of myself but that is the question I am hoping to find out. I'm here for Elite's ART and its 20 year patent and intellectual property rights ~~ should Nasrat continue to execute as he has so far and the man just put out preferred I shares that after bought could easily get us to a $1.35~~ the company becomes a multi billion dollar revenue generating company.

$1.35 I'll take that NOW but would be bummed to have to do so given that Elite is capable of so much more.
