My overall sense of the news is as follows:


- this is a good progress announcement; plus it is nice to hear from the technical side of SLTD
- most of the commentary has already been said in one way or another

- yes setbacks are still possible; perhaps even likely
- technical setbacks as mentioned already
- business setbacks such as unsuccessful negotiations with the "lab to fab" companies


Good to know there is sunshine at the end of the tunnel.
