Thanks jvg25. I'm not going anywhere and will still be posting here. I just thought it was fair to allow someone else to Mod the Board being I had been here for so many years. You'll still see me around here though :)

Yes, many times we see groups come into plays, push them up and then depart and the pps goes down. I think there is a bit more to it here though at this point as we've held the gains now for a couple weeks. It will be interesting to see what the short term brings us here.
