I did not know some of that. So if they owed 500k plus interest and received 1.5 million.....

They could pay off their settlement and have money to move forward now and they would own all their previous rights as Corewafer Systems had before. I believe you just proved just how valuable the company is right now although that might not have been the intent.

And if the company has all their rights to move forward, then they can develop the software updates required for their currently embedded software....

And where is this software embedded? In some of the largest companies in the world. Isnt that correct?

Curious. When your husband was let go from the company as you note in the stickied post, what was his settlement?
