Please READ: regarding share structure. There is no approved share structure changes showing with the SEC. However, there was a request to increase shares and float filed 1/13/2.0.1.3 which may have been resubmitted for acceptance in 01/2014. However, it does not show that this was approved. Therefore at this time I am withdrawing all comments regarding share structure, and will await offical company announcement in this matter. While my research did not find anything supporting these numbers, I no longer make any claims to know anything regarding this share structure matter as my findings are conflicting.
