Trend Spotting, By T0AD!

It's been a while since we've been featured in a HEMP PR now that I think about it. While I'm not sure what the news will be, hopefully coming by Friday, I can speculate...can't I???

HEMP sure has been associating itself with A LOT of privately held companies recently if you haven't noticed:

2/11/14: DEW"em"

2/07/14: REV1

2/06/14: V^PR

2/03/14: S1NG & 1CBU

Really makes one start to wonder what the next publicly traded company they announce might be...maybe...um...CLNP? If this is the case, not only will the PR release under news for CLNP but for HEMP as well! Double the exposure! I Don't own DEW"em" but they popped over 100% today on their connection with HEMP. Dang, too bad we missed out...or did we?!? Would it make sense to start loading DEW"em" or to start loading more CLNP before our news releases? That's for you to decide but I know what I'm going to do.

Everyone here already knows that we distribute products for HEMP through BioAdaptives and have rights to their Agronifier technology, which they plan on using for so many things, but to the rest of the trading world we are unheard of. We haven't appeared in a HEMP PR since last year and here's why it might be time!

Remember our last PR? Let's refresh:

leanPath Resources Corp Announces Excellent Results From Clinical Trials

PR Newswire

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 5, 1014

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 5, 1014 /PRNewswire/ – CleanPath Resources Corp (OTC: CLNP) (www.re-load.biz) announced today that the test results from its overseas randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled, human clinical trial showed a 268% increase in circulating stem cells in the blood, when using its product known as NUTRALOAD™. This increase in circulating stem cells is credited with decreased recovery time after work-outs and overall improved wellness.

The Company is moving ahead with distributors and international firms that have indicated an interest as a result of these findings. Ken Lewis, President of CleanPath Resources, stated, "This is one of the most important test results promoting overall Wellness universally." He also, indicated that the Company will be releasing another startling announcement in the next ten days.

This is straight from BioAdaptives' Form S-1 I previously shared with you:

The Company has completed its proof of concept testing on its P3 product and is currently involved in clinical trials of the product. The trials should be completed during the fourth quarter of 2013 and preliminary results confirm the results of the proof of concept study. Moreover, the Company plans to seek to enhance its product offerings in the future with additional licensing agreements from Ferris Holding for nutraceuticals that reduce anxiety, and enhance memory, focus, alertness, and overall wellness.

In addition to the Company’s direct operations under the Ferris Agreements, the Company intends to continue its relationship with CleanPath and to honor the sublicense agreements with CleanPath of the Ferris technology, which should continue to generate revenues for the Company...

Clinical Trial Preliminary Analysis

As discussed above, the Company has completed its proof of concept testing on its P3 product and is currently involved in clinical trials of the product. Management anticipates that the trials should be completed during the fourth quarter of 2013.

Management recently reviewed information gathered in the ongoing clinical trial of the Company’s proprietary herbal blend. Preliminary analysis of this information suggests that the proprietary herbal blend increased the number of primitive cells in peripheral blood by more than 250%. Primitive cells are thought to be part of the body’s natural renewal process.

Sure sounds like they're talking about the same thing here...but why are they calling it P3? Maybe because it's the 3rd generation of their product line NutraLoad! It hasn't yet been released on CLNP's website but we might here more about it in the next PR.

NutraLoad:

re-load.biz/site/?page_id=609

NutraLoad Phase 2:

re-load.biz/site/?page_id=837

NutraLoad Phase 3:

Hmm...not yet released!

Another interesting thing I saw was this, again from the BioAdaptives S-1:

The Company seeks to develop and commercialize nutraceutical products and through this effort intends to develop new and innovative products. During 2013, Ferris Holding, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Ferris”), introduced two new formulations of branded products, NutraLoadTM and Bliss In A BottleTM, and pursuant to the Product Agreement with Ferris, the Company has the right to develop, market, and sell these products. The Company also plans to continue developing new products, pursuant to the Ferris Product Agreement, as a significant element of its future growth.

We all know that CLNP has the rights to NurtaLoad, I wonder if we too will be selling Bliss In A Bottle. I had an awfully hard time finding anything on this product...but I did! While I'm not sure if we will be distributing this or not, it is listed in the same paragraph as NutraLoad. Time will tell!

ecoharmonycoop.com/product/bliss/

Not sure if HEMP has announced this site yet but it part of its EcoHarmony card rebate/rewards card which it announced originally in 2011. Apparently its finally here now!

What's strange is that if you go to any of the following sites, you can find pretty much the same products, all under different names. This sure seems strange and leads me to further believe something big will be happening in the near future between Ferris, BioAdaptives (HEMP), and CLNP:

www.re-load.biz

www.ecoharmonycoop.com

www.herbagenix.com

www.ferrisholdings.com

Big things coming up in my opinion and I would love to see an R/M unfold here eventually. No matter what the news is, I'm sure we'll have a huge pop IMO.

One last thing before I sign off. Remember how BioAdaptives was originally called Apex 8, Inc and was sold to Ferris Holdings by Mr. Chiang for $40,000? Funny things is Hemp also has a company named Apex 9, that was recently spun off and also sold by Mr. Chiang to Ferris for $40,000.

Apex 8:

Subsequently, on June 21, 2013, our sole officer and director, Richard Chiang, entered into a Share Purchase Agreement pursuant to which he sold an aggregate of 10,000,000 shares of his shares of the Company’s common stock to Ferris Holding Inc. at a purchase price of $40,000. In aggregate, these shares represented 100% of the Company’s issued and outstanding common stock. Effective upon the closing of the Share Purchase Agreement, Richard Chiang owned no shares of the Company’s stock.

Additionally, on June 21, 2013, the Company accepted the resignations of Richard Chiang as the Company’s President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors. These resignations were in connection with the consummation of the Share Purchase Agreement with Ferris Holding Inc., and were not the result of any disagreement with Company on any matter relating to Company's operations, policies or practices. Effective as of the same date, to fill the vacancies created by Richard Chiang’s resignations, the Company elected and appointed Barry K. Epling as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Gerald A. Epling, President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of the Registrant.

Apex 9:

On July 17, 2013, our sole officer and director, Richard Chiang entered into a Share Purchase Agreement pursuant to which he sold an aggregate of 10,000,000 shares of his shares of the Registrant’s common stock to Ferris Holding Inc. at a purchase price of $40,000. In aggregate, these shares represent 100% of the Registrant’s issued and outstanding common stock. Effective upon the closing of the Share Purchase Agreement, July 17, 2013, Richard Chiang owns no shares of the Registrant’s stock and Ferris Holding Inc. is the sole majority stockholder of the Registrant. A copy of the Share Purchase Agreement was attached to the Company’s Current Report filed on August 9, 2013 as Exhibit 10.1.

Strange, huh? Just thought I'd share as we license the Agronifier from Ferris Holdings.

Good luck to all!
