All, translation of the youtube video as promised

Today morning, the Prime Minister has welcomed Mr. Kim from KBL coming to VN

The PM was very happy with the Group’s intention of developing new technology in silk in Lam Dong, Province, Vietnam.

The PM has let them be acknowledged that planting mulberry to take leaves and raising silkworms is Vietnamese traditional work and Vietnam has many projects to make this turn out to be a key economic factor which helps to upgrade the laborers’ income.

Meanwhile, the results have not met their effectiveness as expected. Therefore, that the Group made the decision to apply the new technology in silk to VN would foster this branch prospectively.

The PM affirmed that VN Government would study this project seriously and, at the same time, create the best condition for the project to demonstrate its practical effectiveness once being implemented.

FYI I queried the part in red, sepcifically asking what results it was referring to and the answer was:

the results came from Government’s effort to make the silk industry turn out to be a key economic factor......This has not been successful yet

In other words, the government has been making efforts to make the silk industry be a key economic factor in Viet Nam (independent of KBLB involvement). These efforts have thus far not been successful.

So obviously the involvement of KBLB is desirable to the government in order to enhance it's efforts to turn the silk industry into a key economic factor in Viet Nam. At this point in time the involvement appears to be limited to Mulberry production so our production (at present) appears to be elsewhere......but this report implies there is an open door to Viet Nam for further involvement with KBLB......
