David Bovell said it at the June 11, 2008 RedChip conference in London. The video link has gone dead since then, but many heard his words.

In my opinion, when the Vice President of corporate development makes a statement, it *is* credible evidence.

Bovell's comment was in response to a question from the audience, "What is Offor's selling price?"

Bovell's response, "Not this side of $10, I would imagine."

Both that question and answer are paraphrased from my memory, but they are close. I listened to it many, many times. LOL!
