I don't buy this "chill" story. I have found that the DTCC is no longer maintaining a list of what companies are getting chilled so how can we find any proof that a chill was issued?

Researching any chill notices brings up the SEC site that redirects your querry to the DTCC site and you get a ERROR 404.

FPFI was trading every day since KQ became known as a scammer.

A "Chilled" stock can't trade right?

Seems to me that only TD Ameritrade was just one broker that chilled this stock.

This would not be a DTC Chill lifted by any means.

So it's not strange that no announcement of a chill was seen or heard but an announcement that a chill was removed was pr'd?

Maybe I missed something here in my DD.
