BTW, if some Dude or some chick, is shorting at .004 for example and I think they posted that their Stop order to 'cover buy' was at .0073 and the 'cover buy' at .0024.

Take a look at the numbers on 1,000,000 shares (not sure how many he has short) 1 mil X .004 = $4,000 on the short sale, and at .0073, the STOP order to cover, is a loss of .0033 - or $3,300

On a cover buy at .0024 it would be only a $1,600 gain on the trade.

I'll tell you, If I traded, or if ANYONE trades this way they'll be broke in weeks....maybe even days or less....on 1 trade.

You NEVER want to have your stop order at a point that makes the loss GREATER than the potential gain on the trade. That's simply an amateur mind set.

Most important thing people need to know is that w/ shorting you have ONLY a 100% gain potential.

On the long side you have UNLIMITED gain potential.

Another thing, when a company is showing promise the short potential is even worse as the recently successful company will have more supporters (on bid) at each level on pull backs. So the chance the stock goes to 0.00 drops to nil. And unlimited gains become in affect.
