how are they slanderous lies exactly? how much cash did CBIS have in the bank last earnings release? how much revenue have they made over the last 5 years? Net losses over the same time? How much has Melamede paid himself in the same time frame, at the cost of investors?

Current market cap is over $120 million! Please explain how CBIS is a "good buy" at such an absurdly bloated PPS.
