Why can't PHOT put out some kind of an overview of the shareholders meeting? Not all shareholders were able to attend the meeting. It seems to me they could at least address some of the topics discussed at the meeting. The ones who couldn't attend are entitled to be told at least some of the information those in attendance were privileged to hear. All we know that happened was the yes vote to increase the A/S. No one on here wants to share any info.
