So everyone, I finally did some sleuthing on the interweb ... as always too little too late ... should have done this DD BEFORE I bought into this scam company .... (Note to self: next time DD comes first) ... anyway, I've found some really interesting things out about Frederic Scheer and his family ... It looks like CERP may only be the most elaborate of a series of ruses they seem to be running on the OTC boards ... the whole operation seems very sketchy ... I genuinely think they wouldn't hold up to scrutiny by investigators from whoever it is who regulates the OTC market ... Frederic the pater familias is clearly at the helm of various mechansism to separate unsuspecting speculators from their money .... Well Frederic ... IMO you are a very corrupt man ... Remember that you too have children and grandchildren and that some day someone cleverer than you may wind up cheating them ... God save you Frederic from the depths to which imo you have sunk .... and to think that your minions are still trying to sell here .... Stay away people ... CERP, imo, is totally fraudulent .... you can only lose money here ...
