They couldn't even expand on it!
That fluff was a joke. A fifth grader could have written a better article. One that expanded more on the small amount the hemp bill did to help the US make money off of hemp production.
The hemp bill did not help any company when it comes to real profits. Just helped in speculating that farmers may one day be able to plant hemp and sell it for a profit.
Till then we import and pay more
