My bet is that they're going to be in a handful of stores in CA once the license goes through and that some retailer has agreed to give them a test market in a small set of stores that happen to be spread across 8 states also think its something they were maybe working on but didn't expect to happen.

If the trial doesn't go well, we will start hearing about Brazil again. If it goes well, we may never hear about Brazil again.

I don't think this is a scam, I just think they have been a little misleading. I really think they just threw a lot of darts out there and a couple stuck and the US one is the best option. I still think its a test market.
