this dilution talk is ridiculous
everyone is assuming the company diluted the stock
those were individual's selling yesterday
the patent is still under review and will take another 3-8 months
trust me the company will not dilute until the stock price is above a penny
Stock Price - Par Value = $$$ For PHBT's treasure chest of capital

Buying is easy and holding is easy
The winner gets out with a profit : )
