Due to the increase in our unaffiliated market cap exceeding $75 million, we are no longer considered a smaller reporting company and have been classified as an Accelerated Filer. This change in filing status requires the company to follow different guidelines such as the decrease of time for the filing of the 10K and 10Q. We will now be subject to an audit of our internal controls, which will be conducted by our independent auditors at the end of our fiscal year. You should also expect to see expanded disclosures on the narrative for both the 10K and 10Q. This change went into effect with this 10Q filing.
