I don't know about you but I am very happy we are basing in this range. Volume has been lighter, thats ok not a lot of news lately. I expect there will be times over the next few years where there will be pull backs and lulls. We began this run at about .12, up 150%, pretty darn good for a 5 year return we got it in 5 weeks. I would be pretty happy if we based in here for another 6 months (I think 6 days may be pushing it) before another 150% run , which would put us around .70.
