Rdunn88: your making a big deal out of $85,000 being self-paid to our two "BOD" members because there are not (3??) other board members to keep and eye on them and vote down their extravagance. So what would CTIX have to budget to pay for 3 competent additional board members? I posted this question earlier and inquired if small biotech companies use restricted shares to pay board members, but never got a response. If you have this kind of information, I think that we would all like to read it.
