Agree with Kurt, 3 in the last week is OK

IMO PHOT doesn't need to saturate the market with more news until they have new news.

Moreover, I firmly believe them that they release news when they have it. Looks like we got the initial GIFT news on 1/30 when they filed the CEN/RXNB deals using 1/4 of the new A/S. JMO this was the news concerning GIFT predicted for 'near the first of the year,' announced and filed in late January.

In the last week:
2/4-PR that PHOT is cobranding with FSPM
2/7-PR that PHOT raised the A/S after a 'YES' vote
2/10-FITX releases PR that facility being expedited for grow

Currently PHOT has approximately 1.5B shares being used or committed to ventures. They also have about 1.5B shares remaining.

I think spending 700M shares in the last 12 days to acquire assets, a cobranding PR, an expedited schedule, and a major change to the Articles of Incorporation is just fine for any two week period.

They can take their tome shopping JMO and we will find out what they buy over the next few weeks.

As per the video from Rob Hunt posted on the top of the page, they are looking at their 3rd GIFT customer and are concentrating more on Colorado and small growers there.

I'm eager also. But, the cries of $1.00 are premature IMO. This is primed for slow and steady growth and I see a potential spike in summer once the grow in Ontario has commenced and Washington goes recreational.

If it happens next week, awesome. I have continued to buy in. Next fall .40 will be long gone JMO.
