I think there is a failure to understand that CBIS has been at this game for a while now. Over the years, they have diluted the PPS down while lining their own pockets and nothing to show investors. Period. They lied about a dividend, they lied about a cancer cure and they lied about many other acquisitions.....they are a biotech that has no tech, no research, nothing in the pipeline to offer.....sorry, but just have to call it as it is......Pinky Stinky that should be shut down.
