Why would a reverse split help won't we lose most of our shares I am asking because I don"t understand only been trading a little for a year.



A reverse split will not help existing shareholders, it will hurt them badly.

However in the case of GARB it is the only viable option available to them if they are going to attempt to bring the company to life again.
