Thanks for insight.
Understand REITs statement but have held them as dividend plays for years and years. 15% average and there was concerns in that industry, for other reasons last year. The way I think of it is, So if something happens and I only get 10%, I'm still way better off then a CD. LOL

The long term double bottom from 1300 to 1500 target in gold, is nothing to let go by, waiting for 1600 break IMO. My 2014 business plan has holding GOLD long at 1300 in it. First time for me in metals. We'll see. I just feel as interest rates start to move, so will GOLD and that's a long play IMO.

Thoughts? Why 1600?
