Most Penny stocks do not have a chart, pennystocks are mostly ran on volume, pumps, newsletters, or news. The timing of the OTC market is more important then understanding a book or a chart. Once youve spent 1000 days on ihub you'll start to see trends, and sense when a good entry is.
