Agree 100%. I sold half my shares last week because I was tired of waiting for MF to get things straight. Too many other MMJ play making big moves to sit here with limited information. After today's action I was glad I sold some. I will gladly buy them back if or when news starts flowing here.

I think the 10-K will not look good and we will see drastically better Q1 fins. The company financially right now should be very very good, no debt and cash on hand. I imagine we are seeing some mild dilution plus we have the $1.1 million in financing. I think during the last run the company diluted some and could have raised as much as $2.5 million. The question remains what has Friedman been up to?

I will email the TA in a few weeks to see where the SS is at.
