WRONG AGAIN FULLDECK!!!! Federal legalization addresses two important points: decriminalization and banking. States will regulate the distribution of MJ products. Laws will vary from state to state. The lack of uniformity will create an even greater opportunity for businesses like $RIGH to prosper.
This is one of the instances where state rights really matter. Some states will still cling to the fact that MJ must be used for medical purposes, whereas states like Colorado allows the use of MJ for recreational purposes...Testing the strains of MJ will be a monumental business
