I guess the CRO was involved in the credit line modification and you'd think he was hired to do something difficult that the company needed. I don't think you normally hire a CRO to do a bankruptcy, doesn't the company have in-house lawyers? The whole thing is confusing to me. I still don't see the guaranteed BK because of the pps, guess I'm being stubborn. We know that most if not all of the fund-related share positions had to be sold off.
