Based on the SEC's track record and my own experience of filing complaints on stocks that were later halted, I thought PLPL would get a serious look from them. In my complaint, I documented serious disclosure violations in the promotional activity. It still could happen. Sadly, all too often the bad guys get away with the loot before this happens.
