I do not know whether the listing is "sponsored" by Alphaform to broaden their appeal and make it easier to raise funds here or if a brokerage is the sponsor, simply to make money. Garry or Joe would be in a better position to answer whether one CAN convert the existing "grey" shares. I really do not know. GL
