But what about the SEC filings that they are in JV with Solimar and the recent PR they put about the changes in the % ownership o fthe leases that they are JV with Solimar ? How can all that be false? Not defending GRID Mgmt here, just not able to fathom how all this could be a scam, without anything substantive to it.
