.....amy would have been APPEALED - win or lose....................

...amy could only assess whether the OTS was justified enough to SEIZE the bank - - amy also COULD only rule to REVERSE the receivership.................amy's hands were tied either way.......

...a STIPULATION between the BANK and the Intervenor resulted and the BANK dropped the APPEAL.......................a condition of the STIPULATION is to close out the BK....................some complications arose in closing out the BK.....................

...nothing complicated.......................we're simply waiting to get the Trustees' signatures on the POL..........and the judge's stamp..................................then Guy's BOD will announce the distribution of the SD..............and we officially close the book on this MATTER.....................very cool.................
