My average in this is 26!!and yet I do not have more free money to average down! I Just did whatever I can do to find out what will happen next!

Honestly, I found the Desert Com was at Revolked status on this LInk:(http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=hprGfOZdDrxD%252bwvMyGFr1Q%253d%253d&nt7=0) . I actually found out this pretty early Jan. and I don't understand why is that and I don't know what is happening!

And couple days ago, there is someone posting the NY COURT for the BOONE, and I googled again, found the news about court and the desert filing a chapter 11.

Which we knew that the transaction did not go through! May be just did not updated? I dont know!

I dont know which one is updated which one is not and it seems to me that lots of things need to be cleafied!

Just to clearfy myself here, I hope the stock will go up high as we all hope, and I basically put all my spare money into this. I am willing to take my risk and also it is very interesting to do so much research on this stock even through I do not get much info from internet! Only when we hit news we will know if it is good or bad. But at least I am satisfied because I did my own DD, and I put effort in it.

So if I post any findings here on the borad that disturbs you, just ignore it and do your own DD!! I post because I hope to hear from others that could understand better than me that could help me to understand it.

I am long in INVA and whatever I post would not have such power to make a stock pump or dump, so please just reply to the news.
