If people would do some DD they would learn that:
STBV has a small market cap of approx. 1m
The outstanding share count was low as of Nov.2013
The float was low as of Nov.2013

Today we had news that very well may be a fact, if it is, this price will not last LONG.

If the diluting has ended,"If any" we may see the highs again today.And, with a company that has some spending money to make a deal happen.
