Hate to say it, because i'm in it, but IMHO, GRPR is dead. Might get a little attention from flippers, but my gut feeling is that they overextended themselves and lost their a$$es waiting for things to materialize. Their phone has been disconnected and there's no activity in Duval Co. TX where they were supposed to be active. Their IR number is a recorded message as well. YMMV, GL
