That is exactly what I would expect from Kim too.
There have been times that I thought a step was taking too long. Like the PNAS report.
I felt that it should only take a couple of weeks, but it took a lot longer than I expected. That doesnt mean Kim took too long, it means I didnt know what the F$#* I was talking about. I had never written a PNAS report and there is no real example out there for the time it should take.

Unforeseeable events are a guarantee in life so I dont think having one is the end of life. We can bet there have been a dozen such things in the last 3 weeks.
Overcoming those events is all that matters. How long should it take to get set up and produce a metric ton? Well if I had the space I could do it in 50 days, but that list of unforeseeable events would drag it out for months.

IMO If the deal with Vietnam was just signed last month the middle of this year sounds reasonable to me.
But since I have never done anything like this and there is no example out there I know better than to expect the company to only have to do the things I imagine they have to do.

But honestly any time in 2014 is great. That just means this year is the year that matters. I dont invest for months I invest for years.
I trade daily but then in that case I could care less when it happens as long as the PPS is moving.
