Okay great, how does a company who loses millions and has no cash pay the bills? This should be an interesting response. Remember, there are no processor sales, JBII loses money every quarter and they have pretty much no money on hand to cover the difference. The logical next step is to stop paying bills, salaries and admin costs. Then they get used by creditors and forced into BK.
