Had communication with IR. Not much new here as I said all weekend. All this 8k did was give Nasrat voting rights without him having to convert. So no dilution. And moved him up 6 months as I noted before and took the debt off the books. Before his loan was payable in cash, now only stock.

Call her yourselves. I asked why it went out on a Friday and the answer is that the report was ready on Friday which if you read the 8k you would see the activities took place on the 6th and 7th.
