Miler: Mulder does significant due diligence, becomes an advisor to NV, and NV fails. What would that say about his ability to analyze the company and it's tech, and the value of his advice. He also has gone public with his opinion and stated that "Technical improvement beyond what was announced by the DSL Forum in January, 2003 is essential to the future of wireline broadband services; and New Visual has the ability to deliver that technology,"
I suppose he might give opinions publicly again, and privately to those in the industry to whom his reputation is important.
It's not too hard to figure out how it could hurt his reputation if he joins a loser. Sorry you can't see that.
