ENRT had signed definitive joint venture agreement to acquire majority interest in World of Marihuana Productions Ltd.

Enertopia and World of Marihuana Productions Ltd. are waiting for Health Canada to inspect the existing facility. Enertopia believes that this license application will be successful and that the existing operation, previously licensed under the existing Medical Marihuana Access Program (MMAP) should receive a favourable inspection
