If company A copied company B's "website" (all or part) and claimed it as their own intellectual property and published it, then copyright infringement occurred.

It can be anything that has a copyright a C in a circle.I like the second link better.Pfizer attorneys made a huge mistake imho.They openly violated the C/A agreement and got a copyright,trademark issue now.
