1st Shipment From Sumeeko and Engines From Wankel Have Arrived for Miami International Boat Show

RENO, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 13, 2006 -- Aqua Xtremes Inc. (www.aquaXtremes.com) a wholly owned subsidiary of Encompass Holdings Inc. (OTC BB:ECMH.OB - News) (www.encompassholdings.com) is pleased to announce that we have received our first shipments from Sumeeko Industries and Wankel.Ag.

Aqua Xtremes is extremely pleased with the first shipment we have received from our manufacturing partners. The equipment being utilized to provide the rides has been manufactured by our partners, Sumeeko and Wankel. These hulls and engines are the first of our production units that we anticipate delivering, in quantity, over the next couple of months. Initial production units will be distributed based on a first-come first-served basis. Distributors and dealers are being asked to reserve their initial requirements by submitting their orders and deposits.
We are looking forward to the comments as people will be able to ride this amazing water craft at the Miami International Boat Show. We are preparing several of these incredible crafts from this 1st shipment so people will be able to feel the exhilaration of our production craft.
We have made arrangements for our guests to experience this happening in the picturesque setting of Biscayne Bay in Miami, at the Miami Beach Wake Board and WaterSki School. Water transportation which will be leaving the Purdy Street Boat Launch for our guests, who wish to avail themselves of the opportunity to ride the this new water craft.
All Parties -- including the media -- that are interested, must register. We have limited times and space available. The times start at 12 noon to 5 pm Friday February 17, 10 am - 5 pm Saturday and Sunday the 18/19. Registration can be done at our booth # 3019, and/or on our website, info@aquaxtremes.com
When visiting our booth we will have some product from Xtreme Engines a wholly owned subsidiary of Aqua Xtremes displaying some of our efficient Multi fuel engines ranging in size from 407CC to 700 cubic inch, which will be entering into production this year.
