The way I read it is the CEO had two companies he incorporated, one in 94 & one in 96, both remained dormant till 2000 where he decided to merge both companies into ONE changing the name to iGoHealthy, in 2001 he decided they should be separate companies & changed the names of both companies.
The CEO could definitely explain his intentions much better than I can guess, it's not enough for the SEC to look into IMO
