Chambers...I just don't seem to understand how Titan further benefits once these warrants are exercised ? Can you please explain in more detail ? Don't they have to issue more shares which will further dilute ??

NO ONE has stepped up (except you) to even attempt to discuss this very important issue. Didn't Titan lock up about $10 mil from this last round? Don't they receive 1.40 per unit and that's that ?? So much talk on this board about being "fully funded" now and I'm not sure I fully grasp that concept...can you please elaborate as, to me, it's either:

1) They get what they get upfront, once the offering closes - which is 10 mil or so

2) They get add'l monies when warrants are exercised BUT have to issue more common shares (dilution) to offset

3) They get add'l monies when warrants are exercised AND DO NOT issue more shares.

SO which is it ?
